The year is 1994 and government and democracy have fallen, murder and crime have reached an all time high. The multi-billion dollar corporation known as "Ultra Tech" has come up a solution, they have created cybernetic peace keepers, these warriors were called Fulgore. In time the fulgore units began to malfunction, instead of protecting the innocent, they killed without reason, and destroyed so many homes and towns alike. Ultra Tech vowed this would never happen again so all were destroyed... Except one.
